Ingredients
For Turkey
- 300 gram Turkey breast
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- 4 tablespoons Sesame seeds
For Salad
- 300 gram Turkey (breast, marinated in advance)
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
For dressing
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the turkey breast into thin strips.
- For the marinade, mix soy sauce, wine vinegar and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
- Immerse the turkey strips in the marinade for at least 1 hour.
- Mix flour with sesame seeds, mix.
- Roll each strip in flour mixture and fry quickly in preheated vegetable oil. Place the fried pieces on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Wash and dry the vegetables. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, cut the tomatoes in half, and cut the cucumbers into rings. Place on a platter at random.
- For salad dressing, mix olive oil, crushed garlic clove, sweet soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper.
- Lay out the warm pieces of turkey, pour the dressing.
- Ready.
