A small addition to the famous recipe and the usual chocolate dessert becomes an elegant cake. Those who have tried real brownies know that they are not very airy and porous products. It must be so! But I don’t like it that way! So I added some baking powder. To make it more festive, I also decorated it with Italian meringue.
