In warm milk drive egg (C0), pour corn (sunflower, olive) oil, add finely chopped green onions.
Sift flour, mix with salt, sugar and yeast.
Combine liquid and dry ingredients, knead the dough. Knead the dough better with a spatula or spoon. Long and careful kneading of the dough is not required, just mix all the components until smooth.
The dough should be soft and sticky and while it is impossible to work with it, knead with your hands.
Tighten the container with the dough with cling film and put in the heat for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, knead it (mix with a spatula) and again remove to the heat for half an hour.
Coming up the dough on the working surface is floured, roll it in flour, to press down. Now the dough has acquired a certain density and plasticity and it is already possible to work with it. Use flour to a minimum! Try to pour it as little as possible.
Divide the dough into 10 equal parts.
Roll out each part of the dough into an oval cake. The surface of the cake sprinkle with grated cheese. (about 1 tsp)
Tuck the edges of the oval to the middle, lightly press down. Then fold in half and blind both sides together. It turns out an oblong pie-bun.
Coat the workpiece on all sides with melted butter and put the seam down in a baking dish. (the size of my form 20*11*7)
Firmly put all the blanks in the form, one after another. It is convenient to coat them with oil already directly in the form.
Cover the form with a thin towel or napkin and remove the bread to approach the heat for 20-25 minutes.
The approached bread to grease with the remained melted butter and to sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the bread in a preheated 180° oven for 25-30 minutes. (until it will turn brown) Always consider the features of their equipment.
Leave the bread to put on the grill and cool slightly. You're done!
