Soft and fluffy, very tasty, from ordinary products! It's very easy to make hot dog buns at home. The ingredients for them are available and will be found at home by many. Also, this dough makes wonderful preparations for burgers or other pastries that replace bread.

Instructions
- Heat the milk to a warm state - a temperature of 37-38 degrees. It should become noticeably warm, but by no means hot! Yeast will be activated in the milk, and they will die at a hotter temperature. Add sugar and yeast to the milk and mix. Cover the cup with milk with a napkin and leave for 15 minutes.
- Start kneading the dough first with a spoon, then, when it is already difficult to stir, start kneading with your hands or a mixer. The dough is very sticky, but do not add flour anymore. The softer the dough, the more airy the buns will turn out. Since flour has different properties from different manufacturers, it may need less or more. But I do not recommend adding too much flour, you can score the dough too much and the buns will not be mindless.
Recipe Notes
These buns are fantastic! They're incredibly soft, airy, and absolutely delicious. They paired perfectly with the hot dogs!
Just a heads up, you might need to adjust the amount of flour depending on your dough's consistency. And remember, every oven is different, so keep an eye on the temperature and cooking time to get the perfect result.
