Apple-Onion Galette Recipe
The fact that this is a delicious biscuit does not mean anything!!! A rather unusual, but very simple and harmonious combination that you will like! Delicious crumbly dough and a pleasant sweet and sour filling! In my opinion - a very successful and original pastry!)

Ingredients
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1,5 tablespoons Hard cheese
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- Salt to taste
Filling:
- 2 pieces Apples
- 1 piece Onion
- 10 gram Butter
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Hard cheese
Instructions
- Grind the cooled butter with sifted flour into crumbs.
- Add salt, grated cheese and rosemary. Beat the egg and knead the elastic dough. If necessary, you can add flour!
- Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- For the filling: cut the onion into half rings, peeled apples into small slices. Add a pinch of sugar and fry in butter for 5-7 minutes.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a work surface sprinkled with flour. Then carefully transfer to a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Stepping back from the edge by 5 cm, lay out the filling.
- Sprinkle the filling with cheese. Wrap the edges of the dough to the center and form a sponge cake. Brush the cookies with egg yolk and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees T until browned.
- Let it cool down a little and you can serve!)
