- 40 gram Sugar
- 30 gram Butter
Instructions
- Add cold butter to the sifted flour. Grind into crumbs.
- Add sugar, salt, baking powder and soda. Mix well.
- Add sour cream and egg.
- Knead the soft dough. Put the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
- Prepare the crumbs. Mix flour and sugar. Add the butter. Grind into crumbs. Put it in the refrigerator.

- Roll out the dough into a layer. Spread in a form greased with butter. Transfer the dough to the mold. Remove excess dough around the edges. We make punctures with a fork.
