Avocado Salad Recipe
Avocado helps to lower the level of bad cholesterol, protects against coronary heart disease and contains a bunch of useful vitamins! For those who are not familiar with avocado, the taste of this fruit is somewhat oily, creamy and, it seems to me, a little nutty.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 200 gram Chicken fillet
- 50-100 gram Cheese hard
- 1 clove Garlic
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Peel the avocado, remove the seeds, cut into small cubes.
- Boil chicken fillet and cut into large cubes or disassemble into fibers.
- Cut the tomato into cubes.
- Cucumber - straw.
- Pepper - cubes.
- Add finely chopped garlic, for piquancy, salt, mayonnaise. I couldn't resist adding cheese grated on a coarse grater. Mix everything together.
- The salad turned out, indeed, with an unsurpassed taste.
