Baked Chicken with Vegetables and Mushrooms Recipe
Chicken in the oven-with vegetables, mushrooms, cream and cheese. I like to cook chicken in a variety of variations. I have repeatedly eaten a similar dish in a local restaurant, only it was with ham and not so tasty. I decided to cook according to my taste and added a couple of ingredients. The dish turns out to be very tender, creamy, eaten very quickly. And what's nice is that you don't need to wash the dishes after eating.

Ingredients
- 5 pieces Chicken legs (without skin)
- 4 pieces Potatoes
- 400 gram Broccoli frozen
- 500 gram Champignons
- 200 gram Cheese hard
- 500 milliliters Cream
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning
Instructions
- Finely chop the mushrooms, disassemble the legs as carefully as possible and separate the meat.
- Fry the mushrooms until tender in a small amount of olive oil.
- Transfer the mushrooms from the pan and fry the chicken on them until half cooked. Season it with salt and pepper so that it is saturated with aroma and taste.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes, cut the broccoli also finely.

- Now take 3 foil baking sheets and put potatoes on the bottom of each of them.
- Put the chicken on top, and then the mushrooms.
- Evenly distribute the broccoli, add salt and pepper to taste, add spices and pour cream.
