Baked Chicken with Vegetables and Mushrooms Recipe
Chicken in the oven-with vegetables, mushrooms, cream with cheese. I like to cook chicken in a variety of variations. I repeatedly ate a similar dish in a local restaurant, only it was with ham and not so tasty. Decided to make to your liking and added a couple of ingredients. The dish turns out very tender, creamy, eaten very quickly. And what is nice - to wash the dishes after eating is not necessary.
Mushrooms finely cut, legs as carefully as possible to disassemble the parts and separate the meat.
Fry the mushrooms until cooked in a small amount of olive oil.
Shift the mushrooms from the pan and fry the chicken on it until half-cooked. Salt and pepper it so that it is saturated with aroma and taste.
Cut potatoes into small cubes, cut broccoli too finely.
That's pretty much the picture we get before you start to collect our casserole.
Now take 3 tray of foil and at the bottom of each of them put the potatoes.
Put the chicken on top and then mushrooms.
Evenly spread broccoli, salt and pepper to taste, add spices and pour cream.
