Baked Thighs with Persimmon and Cheese Recipe
A very tasty dish that can be served on a festive table. The meat is juicy and tender.

Instructions
Wash chicken thighs, remove the skin. Put in a bowl, pour in the oil. Add mayonnaise and ketchup.
Add your favorite seasonings, salt and black pepper. Mix well. I added dry garlic and tomatoes.
Place the thighs in a greased baking dish. Arrange the pieces of persimmon, cut into small slices.
Place half a slice of melted cheese on each thigh.
Spread the tomato slices on the cheese.
Top with chopped parsley and sprinkle with grated, hard cheese. Bake at 180C, for 45-50 minutes.
