Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Vanilin
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 6 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour how much will take
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Filling:
- 400 gram Black currant berries take any to your taste, I have black currant
- 100 gram Sugar
- 300 gram Sour cream
- 1 piece Chicken egg
Instructions
- Mix sugar, vanilla, a pinch of salt, egg, yolk, mix thoroughly. Add vegetable oil, mix until smooth. We pour one cup of flour and baking powder each.
- Gradually add flour to the dough until the dough looks like soft, elastic plasticine - when pressed, a dent should remain. You may need less flour than indicated - the main thing is to achieve the desired consistency. Knead the dough on a floured table.
- Roll out the dough into a layer 3-4 mm thick, put it in a form greased with butter, prick with a fork. PS. pull the dough onto a rolling pin and transfer, the dough may break if you move it only with your hands.
- Beat sugar, sour cream, egg + protein well.
- Pour the berries into the dough blank, smooth it out and fill everything with the filling.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
