Breakfast "Pre-Holiday" Recipe
I really want a festive mood on the eve of the New Year. I suggest you please your loved ones and prepare a beautiful breakfast of pancakes. Children will definitely be delighted! In the recipe, the option of sweet and unsweetened serving. Unsweetened pancakes can be served as a snack with different fillings.

Ingredients
- 70 gram Spinach
- 2 glasses Milk
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 teaspoons Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 40 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 twigs Dill
- 0,5 piece Cucumber
- Salmon to taste
- Fruit Assorted fruit, to taste
- Condensed milk to taste
Instructions
- Put the washed and dried spinach in the bowl of a blender, pour 1 cup of milk and chop.
- Add eggs, salt, sugar, and butter to the milk mixture. Stir. Add flour in portions and stir. Heat the second glass of milk to a boil, add a thin stream to the dough.
- Bake in a greased, well-heated frying pan. Pancakes are not torn, well turned over. I got 11 pieces.
- Washed and dried dill finely chopped and mixed with half of the curd cheese. Spread some of the pancakes.
- Top with sliced cucumber and fish. Wrap with a tube and cut as you like.
- It can be served not only for breakfast, but also for a festive table.
- The other part of the pancakes is spread with the remaining curd cheese.
- Roll the pancake into a triangle and place it on a herringbone dish.
- Top with any fruit or berries. Pour over condensed milk or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Happy New Year!
