Ingredients
Dough:
- 450 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 180 ml Milk
- 120 gram Sugar
- 6 gram Dry yeast
- 70 gram Butter
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
Filling:
- 250 gram Strawberries
- 0,5 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Starch
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
- In warm milk, mix yeast, sugar and 100 g of flour. Leave it on for 20 minutes.
- Add the melted butter and egg to the dough and mix.
- Add parts of the remaining flour and lemon zest, knead a soft dough. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour to rise.
- Prepare the pudding. In a small saucepan, mix all the ingredients for the pudding, put on medium heat. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Cool.
- Beat the risen dough and divide into 12 parts. Roll the balls. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment, at a distance from each other. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix the strawberries, sugar, starch and cinnamon. If the strawberries are large, then cut into slices, if small, leave whole.
- Smooth the balls with your fingers, making a recess in the center.
- Spread the pudding with batter (0.5 tbsp. l.).
- Put a little strawberry filling on top of the pudding.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
- Enjoy with tea.
