Ingredients
Lean basis:
- 100 gram Rice
- 1/2 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Zucchini small
- 2 pieces Green onions
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Not a lean Supplement:
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 200 gram Minced meat
Instructions
- Wash the rice and cook according to the instructions. Cool.
- Wash the zucchini and carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Mix rice and vegetables, add salt and pepper to taste, add turmeric and mix. Divide into two parts.
- Mix the minced meat with the egg.
- Add minced meat and egg to the lean part of the mass, mix well.
- Add the breadcrumbs to the lean part and mix.
- Form the biscuits and fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until tender. Serve better cold.
