Cheese Balls with a Surprise Recipe
Not so long ago, I decided to make balls in a hurry, which for some reason I safely threw into the far corners of my memory. This snack is good because it is prepared in a minimum amount of time from a minimum of products that can be bought at the nearest store in case of an unexpected visit of guests. It has a piquant taste and looks very original. However, in the original recipe olives are used as a "surprise". But since no one in our family likes either, I experimented with the filling.
Servings 10
Cook Time 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 6 pieces Cheese melted
- 5 pieces Crab sticks
- 7 pieces Shrimps
- 3 pieces Marinade cucumber
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Dill
- Parsley
Instructions
- Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
- Grate the processed cheese too.
- Put the crab sticks and cheese in the freezer before cooking to make them easier to rub.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Mix grated cheese, garlic, dill, mayonnaise. Mix everything well.
- Cut the cucumbers into small pieces.
- Pre-boil the shrimp until tender in salted water, peel. I had king prawns, so I cut each one in half for ease of cooking.
- Make a pie out of the cheese mass. For each tortilla, we put the filling in the middle: cucumbers on one tortilla, shrimp on the other.
- Carefully roll the balls.
- Take each ball and roll it in grated crab sticks.
- This ball should be. We put our balls on a plate. Send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes (if it is really very urgently needed), and preferably longer. Before serving, garnish with sprigs of dill and parsley.
