Chicken Breast with Cream Cheese Sauce Recipe
For some reason this dish is called on the Internet: "Chicken in Czech". But I think it has nothing to do with Czech cuisine, so I simply called it: "Chicken breast with cheese and cream sauce". But whatever you call it, it is very fragrant, tender, tasty, satisfying. A dish for the whole family.

Cook Time 60 minutes
Ingredients
- 100 gram Processed cheese
- 2 pieces Chicken breast two halves (about 600 g))
- 1 piece Carrot
- 200 ml Cream (20%)
- 2 tablespoons vegetabe oil
- 400 gram Potato
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon A mixture of spices
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning for chicken
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- I did half the amount indicated. Wash the chicken breast, dry it, make deep cuts obliquely. Rub with mayonnaise, salt, pepper mixture and chicken seasoning. If you are against mayonnaise, then take sour cream. I have seasonings in my composition: Curry, Coriander, Rosemary, Basil, Ginger, Marjoram, Paprika.
- Peel and cut the potatoes. Grease the baking dish with oil, put the chicken breast and chopped potatoes around. Cover with foil. We put in the oven heated to 220 degrees.
- Cooking the sauce. Grate the carrots and fry in vegetable oil until soft, add chopped garlic.
- Pour in the cream, reduce the heat, as the cream thickens quickly.
- Add some salt and chopped parsley. Add the processed cheese. I have with mushrooms. It suits your taste very well here.
- Stir the sauce until the cheese dissolves.
- After 40 minutes, after baking the breast with potatoes, take the form out of the oven, remove the foil and put the cheese-cream sauce on top. Put in the oven again and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
- We serve the dish hot.
- Enjoy your meal!!!
