Chicken Broth with Cheese Bombs Recipe
A few years ago I found a recipe in a local magazine and since then everyone in the family likes it unconditionally! The number of bombs depends on their size, I always say: more mold! Combined with chicken broth, it's really delicious!

Ingredients
For Soup
- 1 piece Chicken legs
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Chili pepper
- 2 liter Water
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 pieces Bay leaf
- Herbs
- Salt
For Cheese Bombs
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 2 tablespoon Wheat flour / Flour
- 20 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Punch
- 1 piece Egg
Instructions
- Prepare everything for cooking.
- Take out the skinless chicken, fill it with cold water and put it to cook. Add any spices, as in a regular broth, add salt to taste.
- Cook until the chicken is ready.
- For food products - cut the butter into slices, and then it will quickly become soft.
- Grate the cheese, beat the egg.
- In the same place, rub the butter.
- Pour a little flour.
- Add seasonings.
- Sculpt balls. It is difficult to sculpt them in the hands because of a small amount of flour, but they will be airy.
- It is convenient to make them with two spoons. Thus, we lower them into the ready-made hot broth.
- Cook all together for about 5 minutes and turn off. The soup is ready.Sprinkle with herbs, add sour cream if desired and serve a light quick soup!
