Ingredients
Mince:
- 500 gram Minced chicken
- 1,5 slice Bread
- 1 glass Breadcrumbs
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Semolina
- Chicken egg
- Milk
Filling:
- 1 piece Onion
- Mushrooms any, boiled
- Hard cheese
- Dried apricots
- Greenery
Instructions
- I didn't weigh anything for the filling, I took everything by eye. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry. Cool. Add grated cheese, chopped herbs and a little soaked and finely chopped dried apricots. Dried apricots are my secret. Fill the bread with milk for a few minutes.
- Grate the onion on a coarse grater. Add onion and pressed bread to the beef. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add semolina, crushed garlic and egg. Mix everything thoroughly. The filling turns out watery.
- On a flat dish, pour a fairly thick layer of breadcrumbs.
- Put a couple of tablespoons of minced meat, arrange it in the form of a flatbread with a wet knife. Put the filling in the middle.
- Using a knife, carefully shape the zrazy.
- Carefully turning over with a spatula, roll the balls in crumbs.
- Using a spatula, gently transfer the zrazy to a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh vegetables or any other side dish to your taste.
