Ingredients
For the dough:
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 180 gram Sugar
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 50 gram Butter
- 4 teaspoons Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- Salt
For the filling:
- 500 gram Cottage cheese
- 30 gram Semolina
- 100 gram Sugar
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 pack Vanilin
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Mix all the dry ingredients. Flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
- Beat the eggs with sugar.
- Add sour cream and melted butter.
- Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
- Preparing the filling. Whisk cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, eggs and vanilla with a blender.
- Spread the chocolate dough, put the curd filling in the center. Bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes
