Instructions
Rub the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the eggs one at a time and beat.
Add the cottage cheese and coffee strained through a sieve and whisk again.
Gradually add flour and baking powder.
The dough should be thick.
Grease the form with a recess in the center with oil.
Put half of the dough into the mold.
Put the berries on the dough.
Cover the berries with the remaining dough.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
