Ingredients
For the dough:
- 350 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 180 gram Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram Sugar powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
For the decor:
- 50 gram Dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- Coconut shavings
Instructions
- Add powdered sugar (100 g) to the bowl of a food processor.), soft butter (180 g.), vanilla sugar (1 pack), baking powder (1 teaspoon), chicken egg (1 pc.). Whisk powdered sugar and soft butter.
- Then add the total amount of flour (350 gr.)
- Knead a soft dough. Cover the container with the dough with a towel or wrap with cling film and leave for 20-30 minutes.
- Then divide the dough into pieces, about 50 gr. Form droplets of cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment and send them to the oven, preheated to t190-200C.
- Bake the cookies until golden brown.
- Melt the chocolate (50 gr.) in a water bath, add 1 teaspoon of butter. Apply the melted chocolate with a brush on the cookies, then sprinkle the cookies with coconut chips.
- Put the rest of the chocolate in a cornetik and make eyes and spouts for boroviks.
