Cupcakes with a Chocolate Center Recipe
I love these cupcakes. Dough on mayonnaise and condensed milk - and as a result, dense, rich, moderately dry, moderately moist cupcakes. They are prepared simply, and the result is excellent. Today, the festive option is a piece of white and dark chocolate in the middle of each cupcake.

Cook Time 60 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 160 gram Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 gram Mayonnaise
- 100 gram Condensed milk
- 1 gram Vanilin
- 320 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 gram Baking powder
- 80 gram Dark chocolate
- 80 gram White chocolate
Instructions
- Beat the eggs into a light fluffy mass with salt, sugar and vanilla.
- Add the condensed milk and mayonnaise, whisk again.
- Enter the flour mixed with baking powder at low speed of the mixer. Pre-sift the flour required.
- Spread the dough on the muffin molds. In the middle of each cake, place a piece of dark and white chocolate. Place in a cold (!) oven. Turn on 150-160°C and bake until the cupcakes rise. Then increase the temperature to 180°C and bake the cupcakes until ready. Check with a toothpick. I baked for about 20 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
- If the cupcakes are warm, the chocolate will be liquid. If you cool the cupcakes, the chocolate will harden. Who likes it.
- Decoration to your taste, but I think they are quite cute, I did not decorate.
