Curd-Lemon Cookies Recipe
Simple, but very tasty and fragrant curd-lemon cookies. On top it is crispy and crumbly, and inside it is soft and tender, with a pleasant curd taste and a slight sourness of lemon. This cookie is prepared quickly and easily, and the result is simply amazing.

Ingredients
- 230 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 160 gram Cottage cheese
- 100 gram Butter
- 150 gram Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 50 gram Sugar powder
Instructions
- Put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl.
- Add the egg.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Mix with an immersion blender.
- Similar to this.
- Add soft butter.
- Try again.
- Add lemon zest.
- Add the juice and stir.
- Separately mix the flour with baking powder and add to the liquid ingredients in 2-3 doses.
- First, mix thoroughly with a spatula.
- And then knead the dough with your hands. The dough should be soft and quite sticky.
- Cover the dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
- From the cooled dough, form balls (about the size of a walnut), roll in powdered sugar, put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, slightly smooth out;
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes;
- Tender, fragrant lemon-curd cookies are ready!
