Dumplings with Potatoes in Vegetable Sauce Recipe

Dumpling dough:
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 120 ml Water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Main course:
- 300 gram Tomato
- 1 piece Onion large
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Dill to taste
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the dumpling dough, put it in a bag and leave for 30-60 minutes.
- Cook mashed potatoes, cool.
- To stick dumplings.
- Wash the vegetables and herbs. Cut the onion into half rings. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into thin rings.
- Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Add tomatoes, fry, pour in 50 ml. water and simmer for 10 minutes, add salt.
- Add dumplings and dried Basil to the vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with ground pepper, chopped herbs, and serve hot.
