Ingredients
Basic:
- 300 gram Cauliflower
- 150 gram Duck breast boiled
- 100 gram bacon smoked sliced
- Bulgarian pepper
Sauce:
- 250 ml Cream (20%)
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Additionally:
- 50 gram Hard cheese
Instructions
- Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. With a slotted spoon, put the cabbage in a baking dish.
- Cut the duck breast into pieces, put it in a mold.
- Bulgarian pepper cut into strips, put in a mold.
- Roll the bacon into rolls and put it in the mold too.
- Whisk cream with egg and breadcrumbs, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over the contents of the mold.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees until the desired crust and color are formed (10-15 minutes), Serve hot or slightly cooled.
