Instructions

  1. For cooking, we take Turkey fillet, I have thigh fillet.
  2. Onions are cleaned, greens are washed. Cut the fillet into pieces and twist it in a meat grinder with onions, green onions and parsley.
  3. Add salt, a mixture of peppers and chili pepper to the minced meat, mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Since grilled meatballs are made without bread (crackers), I suggest greasing the Board with oil for forming. It is convenient to make neat cutlets using a cooking ring and a pusher. In ready-made cutlets, make a hole with your finger, then the cutlets will be juicier, the juice will accumulate in the hole.
  5. We cook cutlets on the grill on a picnic or grill pan at home.
  6. Cutlets are fried on burnt coals or medium heat on both sides, the total time is about 15 minutes.
  7. I suggest to these grilled cutlets tomato sauce. Mix tomato paste (I have my own cooking), salt, sugar, vinegar, mustard, garlic and herbs if desired ( I have Basil and parsley).
  8. Punch a little with a blender until smooth.
  9. Serve grilled Turkey cutlets with tomato sauce.
  10. Bon Appetit!!!
