Jellied Cabbage Pie with Smoked Chicken Recipe
I've never baked a pie in pots before. The result exceeded all expectations, the pie turned out to be very juicy and tender. I will continue to try other toppings. Very tasty and simple! What a middle ground! Very tasty filling! Hearty, with a spicy smoked taste.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Cabbage
- 120 gram Chicken (smoked)
- Dill, parsley
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 5 tablespoons Sour cream
- 120 gram Flour
- 3 pieces Chicken egg
- 2 teaspoons Dough baking powder
- Salt (to taste)
- Butter
Instructions
- Products.
- For the filling: finely chop the cabbage.
- Finely chop the greens, add to the cabbage.
- Add salt, knead very well with your hands so that the juice stands out.
- Remove the skin from the smoked chicken, cut into small cubes, add to the cabbage.
- Mix everything together.
- Add salt to the eggs and whisk with a whisk.
- Add mayonnaise and sour cream.
- To interfere.
- Add flour and baking powder.
- Stir until smooth.
- Grease the mold with butter, pour out part of the dough.
- Lay out the filling.
- Pour the second part of the dough on top, bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until ready (about 30-35 minutes).
- Cool the finished cake slightly and remove from the molds.
