Lentil Salad with Green Apple Recipe
The composition of the salad includes lentils, which contains many vitamins. Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Lentils
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1.5 teaspoons Olive oils
- 75 ml Broth
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- Salt (to taste)
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Boil the lentils until tender.
- Chop the red onion, parsley and dill finely.
- Cut the apple into thin slices.
- Prepare the salad dressing. Add olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and honey to the vegetable broth, mix.
- In a salad bowl, mix the prepared ingredients for the salad, add the dressing, mix, let the salad brew.
- Serve the salad on lettuce leaves. The salad is obtained with a light spicy note, thanks to mustard.
