Ingredients
Brownie:
- 125 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 2/3 teaspoon Soda
- 30 gram Cocoa powder
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 150 gram Sugar
- 40 gram Butter
- 30 gram Vegetable oil
- 1 pack Vanilin
- 150 milliliters Milk
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Citrus cloud:
- 1 pack Powdered sugar
- 350 milliliters Cream (30%)
- 10 gram Gelatin
- 1 pack Vanilin
- 550 milliliters Orange juice
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients of the dough.
- Add all the other ingredients of the dough, whisk until smooth.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Soak the finished cake with 100 ml of orange juice, cool.
- Mix vanilla pudding with 350 ml of orange juice and sugar, stirring, boil until thickened.
- Heat 100 ml of orange juice to 70 degrees, add 1 sachet of universal food gelatin and, stirring, bring to dissolution. Gelatin dissolves very quickly.
- Pour the dissolved gelatin into the finished hot pudding, mix, cool.
- Whisk cream with powdered sugar. The result was a thick mass.
- Add the completely cooled pudding mixture to the cream and whisk everything until an air cloud forms.
- Pour the mass onto the cake and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours to stabilize.
- You can decorate the top with yellow glaze and tangerine slices.
