Ingredients
- 100 gram Mango
- 40 gram bacon
- 100 gram Lettuce leaves
- 100 gram Blue cheese
- 2 teaspoons Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon Capers
- 3 teaspoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- Black pepper
- Balsamic
Instructions
- Peel the mango and wrap it in a strip of bacon.
- Fry in a dry frying pan on both sides for a couple of minutes to dry the bacon.
- Mix the reduced salt soy sauce with olive oil and lemon juice. Season the lettuce leaves.
- Put the salad seasoned with the mixture, mango fried in bacon on a dish, put the chopped blue cheese, sprinkle with parmesan, capers, ground black pepper, pour the remaining dressing, decorate with balsamic cream.
