Meat Pies with Cabbage Recipe
Any filling, even sweet. I love this type of pies on a tender dough with cabbage. I cooked it once with stewed cabbage and prunes-very festive and delicious. Today, at the request of my husband, I will add meat, a kind of male whim. The filling can be prepared in advance, but it turned out to be self-sufficient-delicious.

Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 400 ml Kefir
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 10 gram Baking powder
Filling:
- 300 gram Minced meat beef
- 400 gram Cabbage
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Seasoning for mince
Instructions
- The dough is like aspic pies. There are plenty of options. Today I have on kefir, but you can replace half with sour cream, it will also be delicious. In kefir to drive the eggs.
- Pour in the sunflower oil.
- Add salt and sugar.
- Beat lightly with a fork or whisk.
- Add flour and baking powder.
- Mix the dough, similar to sour cream.
- Prepare the minced meat for the filling. I have a frozen portion.
- Cut onion.
- Fry in sunflower oil.
- Do not fry the onion too much, just gild it slightly.
- Now transfer the defrosted minced meat to the onion and mash it quickly with a fork.
- Add the chopped pepper.
- Add spices.
- When the minced meat is fried, add the cabbage, previously stewed with carrots. You can cut Peking cabbage into small pieces.
- Hold everything together for a while on the fire, turn it off.
- I decided to cook in silicone molds, which I inserted into a single iron mold for convenience. I don't trust the form itself, it sticks.
- In each mold, drop a little oil and pour a spoonful of dough.
- Put a spoonful of filling on the dough.
- Cover with a cap of the remaining dough.
- Alternatively, in mini molds. First, put the dough on the bottom.
- Filling.
- Close with a dough. Top with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180*.
- Pies easily pop out of the molds. Long from the form of "brick" gave the family a trial. Soft pies a La cupcakes turned out, easy to break.
