Meat Rolls with Cheese Filling Recipe
Such rolls are prepared simply, without much of Your participation, only a little time. And another big plus - you can cook in advance, and when serving only warm up. But this is important in the new year's eve mess. I recommend it.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Beef the flesh
- 4 slices Processed cheese
- 8 pieces bacon
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tablespoons Tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Greens for serving, to taste
- Cranberries for serving, to taste
Instructions
- The flesh of beef cut into thin layers.
- Meat to beat off, it is more convenient to do it in a package. Add salt to the meat.
- Put a slice of cheese on the layer of meat, roll it up.
- Wrap the rolls in strips of bacon.
- In vegetable oil, fry the onion, fry the rolls on both sides.
- Add the tomato sauce, sugar, and 100 ml of boiling water.
- For convenience, I transferred to a smaller frying pan, simmer under the lid, on low heat for 30-60 minutes, turning several times. If necessary, add boiling water. At the end, bring the salt to taste.
- Serve hot, with sauce and herbs, cranberries.
