Meatloaf with Egg and Green Onion Recipe
Meatloaf, as well as with egg, is a very popular dish, and there are many variations on the site. I think that every second housewife cooked according to such a recipe, and everyone has their own unique recipe for making a roll. So I decided to share my own.

Ingredients
Mass for minced meat:
- 500 gram Minced meat pork
- 3 pieces bacon strips of raw smoked meat
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Loaf
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 50 ml Milk
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Filling:
- 1,5 bunch Green Onion
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs boiled
Instructions
- Cut the loaf into pieces and soak it in warm milk.
- Place a carving knife in the bowl of a food processor, add all the ingredients for minced meat and whisk at 2 speeds for 30-40 seconds. Remove and whisk well.
- The form is lubricated with vegetable oil. Spread some minced meat.
- Put the chopped green onions on the minced meat.
- Then put the boiled eggs until cooked.
- And cover everything with the remaining minced meat, forming a block.
- Bake the meatloaf in the oven at a temperature of 200 C for 30-35 minutes, take it out, carefully drain the liquid, and then, if desired, the roll is good both hot and cold.
