Milk Cookies with Chocolate and Saffron Recipe
Cookies are soft, fragrant and moderately sweet. I baked cookies in a slow cooker. A slow cooker is a universal multifunctional device that replaces a waffle maker, omelette maker, grill, cupcake maker, sandwich maker and many other devices for baking or frying. Just change the shape and you will get a new device for cooking a new dish!

Ingredients
- 125 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,5 glass Milk room temperature
- 50 gram Sugar
- 50 gram Butter melted
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder with saffron
- 1 pinch Vanilin
- 1 pinch Salt
- 20 gram Dark chocolate +1 tbsp milk
- 0,5 tablespoons Sugar powder
Instructions
- Mix the flour with baking powder and vanilla, sift. Add salt and mix.
- Mix sugar with melted and cooled butter. Add the egg and whisk with a whisk.
- Pour in the milk and mix.
- Mix flour into the liquid mixture in small portions.
- Beat the dough with a mixer.
- Open the lid of the slow cooker and install the cookie panel.
- Close the cover of the device and connect it to a power source. The red indicator lights up. When the device heats up, the green indicator lights up.
- Open the lid of the slow cooker and evenly distribute the dough on the bottom panel of the device. Close the lid.
- Bake the cookies for 5 minutes or until the green light turns on.
- Baked cookies are shifted with a silicone spatula or a wooden skewer and allowed to cool.
- Decorate the cookies with chocolate melted in a water bath. Cooled cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
