Dessert "Under the Coconut Tree" Recipe
How nice it is to find yourself on uninhabited islands, to eat exotic fruits. The dessert "Heavenly delight" from coconut and mango will help in this! The original presentation will not leave even a sophisticated guest indifferent.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Coconut
- 1 pack Ice Cream
- 100 gram Fruit puree
- 1 teaspoon Gelatin
Instructions
- Prepare the coconut chips. Make a hole with a knife and drain the liquid.
- Open the coconut by tapping it with a knife.
- Next, heat up the fruit puree in a saucepan (I have mango) and introduce the pre-swollen gelatin.
- Pour our mixture into half of the coconut chips and refrigerate until the jelly solidifies.
- When the jelly freezes on the other half, spread the ice cream. Our dessert is ready!
