Mushrooms with Potatoes in Sour Cream Sauce Recipe
Friends, we continue the mushroom theme! Well, who doesn't love such potatoes! Everything is simple and delicious! What a smell! A great dish and a small price!

Instructions
Fry the chopped onion in vegetable oil (in a frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom).
Cut the carrots into large slices and add to the onion.
Fry the carrots and onions, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Cut the mushrooms arbitrarily, not finely, add to the vegetables.
Fry until the liquid evaporates.
Cut the potatoes into large pieces and add to the vegetables.
Fry everything together, stirring, 4-5 minutes.
Then pour in a glass of water, add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream, spices to taste and butter.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes on low heat under the lid.
Starch is diluted in half a glass of cold water.
Pour the starch into a saucepan with vegetables, add salt to taste, mix.
Simmer on low heat, stirring, for 5-6 minutes.
At the end, add garlic and herbs to taste.
Preheat and turn off. Ready!
