Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 gram Ricotta cheese
- 200 gram Butter
- 40 gram Hazelnut
- 100 gram Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
Filling:
- 550 gram Blueberries
- 400 gram Cranberries
- 250 gram Apple
- 100 gram Sugar
- 5 tablespoons Corn starch
Instructions
- Put the ricotta in a bowl. Add flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, nuts and salt. I added softened butter and thoroughly mixed the dough.
- Berries and apples for filling.
- I prepared the filling. I poured blueberries, cranberries, peeled and diced apples into a bowl. Add sugar, starch and prepare the filling.
- The dough turned out to be soft and plastic, it does not stick to the hands. Put it in a round detachable shape (diameter 26 cm) and spread on the bottom and sides. Poured the filling on the dough.
- Bake the pie in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. If desired, the cooled cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Unfortunately, there is no photo of the cut cake. Very tasty with milk, coffee and tea.
