Pasta with Minced Meat and Vegetables Recipe
One of my favorite recipes with minced meat, which I cook for dinner for the third day in a row. Delicious, appetizing, hearty and juicy nests with minced meat in a frying pan will not leave anyone indifferent. This is one of my favorite recipes in a hurry.

Ingredients
For pasta nests:
- 11 pieces Pasta nests
- 1 piece Onion
- 500 gram Minced meat
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
For the gravy:
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 200 gram Tomato
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 500 ml Water
- Paprika sweet to taste
- Seasoning (Provence herbs) to taste
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop 1 onion and add it to the minced meat. Add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Form the cutlets. I have formed 11 pieces, so many nests of pasta I will cook.
- Grate carrots and tomatoes on a fine grater. This time I have frozen tomatoes. Cut the onion into cubes. Put the pan on the fire, add vegetable oil and fry the onion and carrot until soft.
- Then add the tomato, salt, pepper, herbs of Provence, paprika and put out a little, and pour in half the water.
- Put the sauce nest on top, and pour the remaining water over the cutlets. Simmer under the lid for 25 minutes.
