Dough
- 200 gram Butter
- 200 gram Sugar powder
- 4 pieces Egg
- 260 gram Flour
- 1 teaspoon Dough baking powder
- 150 gram Mascarpone cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
Filling
- 3 pieces Apple
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 50 gram Sugar
- 60 gram Raisin
- 100 gram Mascarpone
Instructions
- Pour sugar into a saucepan and put it on a slow fire. Do not stir, wait until the sugar turns brown.
- Peel two apples and cut into small pieces. Pour lemon juice over it.
- Gently add the apples to the hot sugar. Stir and simmer for a couple more minutes.
- Remove the apples from the heat and add the raisins. To interfere. Cool completely.
- Beat the butter at room temperature with powdered sugar. Without ceasing to beat, add the yolks one by one.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the whites with a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the protein parts to the butter mixture, alternating with flour. Stir with a spatula.
- At the end, add mascarpone.
- Cover the cake pan with a diameter of 26 cm with baking paper. Spread the dough. Smooth it out with a shovel.
- Add mascarpone to the cooled caramel to the apples, mix well.
- Put the filling on the dough.
- Wash the apple and remove the middle. Cut into slices and pour lemon juice.
