Pizza for Children Recipe
Pizza prepared according to this recipe, after defrosting, remains as soft and delicious as freshly prepared. My version of children's pizza contains a minimum of filling, since my child categorically does not accept tomatoes, peppers, olives and other ingredients, I cook pizza using only ketchup, cheese and sausages, although diced pickled cucumber would be very in the subject)

- 4 tablespoons Ketchup
- 4 pieces Sausage
- 200 gram Cheese hard
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, yeast.
- In a container with warm water, beat an egg, add vegetable oil, mix.
- Pour the egg and water into the flour mixture and mix.
- Put the dough on the table and knead thoroughly for 7-8 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth, soft and elastic. Roll the dough into a ball, lightly brush with vegetable oil.
- Transfer the dough to a container, cover with cling film. Leave to infuse for 40 minutes.
- While the dough is coming, we prepare the filling, cut the sausages into small cubes, three cheese on a fine grater.
- Prepare the parchment on which you will spread the future pizza preparation. Cut out 10 circles with a diameter of 17 cm.
- After 40 minutes, the dough will double in size.
- Cut the dough into 10 equal parts, which roll into balls.
- Each ball of dough is rolled out with a rolling pin into a flat cake not very thin, about 3-4 mm thick, 15-16 cm in diameter. Transfer each piece to a sheet of parchment.
- Lubricate each billet with ketchup, sprinkle with cheese.
- Sausage roll. Set aside a couple of pizzas for cooking now, and cover the rest of the pizza with parchment and put it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- When the pizza hardens a little and hardens, wrap each piece in plastic wrap.
- We put all the blanks in the freezer, where the pizza can be stored for a long time and wait in the wings.
- We take our blanks out of the freezer, remove the foil and put them on a baking sheet together with the parchment, defrost for 15 minutes at room temperature and bake in a preheated 180-190 degree oven at the lower level for 13-15 minutes. So that the children are happy, and mom has no unnecessary worries!
