Instructions

  1. I'll take a Pollock fillet and cut it into~3cm wide pieces. Very good for children and the elderly. You can take the fish in pieces on the bone. Grate the carrots on a medium grater. Pour the oil into the pan and heat it. Spread the grated carrots. I like a lot of carrots, they will be very tasty, as an addition to the side dish. Simmer the carrots under the lid, adding a pinch of salt, until almost ready. We do not need onions in this recipe, garlic will be in the filling. Transfer to a bowl and in the same pan fry a little pieces of Pollock, roll them in flour, on both sides. Spread the carrots to the Pollock in the pan.
  2. Making a fill. Finely chop the dill and garlic, send it to sour cream, salt to taste and mix. Pour the Pollock with carrots and simmer for 10 minutes. Done!
  3. I chose rice for the side dish. Serve. If desired, pepper with red or your favorite pepper. Eat. Very tasty and tender fish.
