Pork on a Pillow of Potatoes and Apples Recipe
Soft, juicy pork, soaked in apple flavor, with spicy potatoes. Very simple and delicious.

Instructions
Prepare the food. Peel the potatoes. And another apple.
In a food processor, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. We will do the same with one peeled apple.
Squeeze the juice from the apple and potato, put it in a bowl, add a crushed garlic clove, a mixture of salt and pepper, a chicken egg, mix.
Season the pork slices with pepper, salt and fry in vegetable oil.

Cover the baking dish with parchment and make two pillows of potato-apple mass.
Put the fried pork on top of our pads.
From another apple, cut out the middle and cut two circles, put them on top of the pork.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
