Potato "Julienne" Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 pieces Potatoes
- 250 gram Champignons
- 1/2 piece Chicken breast
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- 200 milliliters Milk
- 100 gram Cream cheese
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and bake until tender. Cool, cut into cubes.
- Cut the onion into half rings, fry until transparent in vegetable oil.
- Add chopped mushrooms to the onion, fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- Peel potatoes, cut into cubes, fry until cooked in vegetable oil. At the end, add salt and spices.
- Mix everything together - potatoes, chicken breast, onion + mushrooms. Mix gently.
- Add milk, melted cheese. Warm everything up for 5-10 minutes so that the cheese melts and each piece is in a milk-cream sauce. At the end, add finely chopped green onions. Serve hot. Well, sooo delicious!
