Potato Pancakes with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 gram Potatoes
- 250 gram Mushrooms
- 100 ml Milk
- 140 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 6 gram Yeast
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and finely chop the mushrooms.
- Fry in well-heated sunflower oil. The fire is active. Add salt and ground black pepper. Stir, cool. We will need 250 grams of ready-made mushrooms.
- Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Drain the water. Add warm milk and mashed potatoes to the potatoes.
- Add eggs, yeast and flour to 250 g of mashed potatoes. Mix well.
- Add the fried mushrooms. Mix it. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to come up in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
- Bake the pancakes in a hot frying pan, greased with sunflower oil, on both sides until cooked.
- Warm, fragrant pancakes!
