Potato Pie "Satisfying" Recipe
Hello everybody!! I want to share the idea of cooking a very satisfying, fragrant, quick and just very tasty pie "Rustic". There will be very little dough, and a lot of filling. A good pie, both warm and cold. If you have very little free time, but you want something delicious, this recipe is perfect. Join us!!!

Ingredients
- 400 gram Puff pastry
- 4 pieces Potatoes
- 150 gram Mozzarella
- 100 gram Ham
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Everything is very simple and fast. Puff pastry purchased yeast. Medium-sized raw potatoes. Cheese and ham that you like. Dill, sesame seeds, oregano optional.
- I peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Don't forget to wash it)
- Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until light golden brown. Salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the cheese, ham and dill.
- Roll out the thawed dough slightly. I put it in a mold and prick it with a fork.
- Put the potatoes on the bottom, and then everything else. Add salt and pepper again.
- Grease the sides with beaten yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send them to a preheated 180-185 degree oven, bake until a golden crust forms.
- I baked the pie for 45 minutes. While it's still hot, I sprinkle it with oregano. Allow to cool slightly and remove from the mold. And you can call everyone to the table. A hearty, fragrant and simply delicious pie. It is good both in cold and warm form. Just a little dough and a lot of filling.
