Quick Apple Pie in a Pan Recipe
Apple pies are one of the most delicious and affordable. If you don't want to bother with the oven, you can always cook your favorite Apple pie in a frying pan. It turns out very tasty and fast. Instead of apples, you can use any fruit you want.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Apples
- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Sugar
- 150 ml Kefir
- 30 ml Melted butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 10 gram Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Add sugar and a pinch of salt to the egg. Beat well with a whisk.
- Add the yogurt and butter. Beat with a whisk.
- In the resulting mixture, add the sifted flour with baking powder.
- Stir with a whisk.
- Grease the pan with butter and sprinkle with 1 tbsp of sugar.
- Remove the core from the Apple. Cut into circles.
- Spread the apples.
- Pour the dough on top.
- Cook with the lid closed on low heat for 15-20 minutes. We check that there is no raw dough on top.
- Turn over the cake using the parchment and plate. Cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
