Rice is a healthy cereal with vitamins and antioxidants, which is used in cooking all over the world. This is a dish for fasting, but I think those who do not observe fasting will like it. Tender, hearty and very tasty rice chops with mushroom filling. Try to cook and enjoy your meal.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Rice circular
- 800 milliliters Water
- 250 gram Mushrooms boiled
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Starch
- 50 gram Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the rice, boil in plenty of water (the water should be salty), boil the rice, cool, add corn starch, mix well.
- Chop the onion, fry with chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon of oil, add chopped mushrooms, fry for 5 minutes, pepper if necessary, then add salt, I did not salt, my mushrooms are boiled in salted water. You can use any mushrooms, I have honey mushrooms.
- Moisten your hands with water (be sure, otherwise it will be difficult to form cutlets), put rice in the palm of your hand (I have about 70-80 g of rice), make a recess in it, put about 1 tablespoon of filling in the recess, form a round cutlet. That's 12 pieces.
- Roll the chops in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the chops in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides, I fried 4 pieces, adding about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan each time, you don't need to pour a lot of oil. Serve hot with vegetables and tomato sauce.
