Ingredients
Salad
- 500 gram Fish (fresh-frozen cod)
- 1 piece Onion
- 5 pieces Cucumber marinated
- 4 tablespoons Chickpeas (canned)
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Pour water, vinegar, salt, bay leaf and black pepper into a saucepan. Put on the fire and bring to a boil.
- Cut the cod fillet into 2 cm wide pieces.
- Put the pieces of cod in the marinade and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Drain the marinade. Put the fish in a separate large bowl.
- Add the chopped onion.
- Add the chopped pickles. Add vinegar, salt and sugar and mix gently. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Add chickpeas and mayonnaise. Mix gently. You can add more mayonnaise, it all depends on your taste.
