Ingredients
Salad:
- 150 gram Chicken breast baked, fried or boiled
- 6 pieces Quail egg
- 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 30 gram Hard cheese
- 1/3 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 bunch Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
Additionally:
- 300 gram Broth onion husks
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare a decoction of onion husks in advance. Cook quail eggs, roll them on the table, letting the shell crack. Put it in a decoction for coloring. You can also paint wooden skewers. (This step is an indulgence, but a beautiful design is already half the success.)
- Prepare the rest of the products, wash and dry the vegetables and herbs, cut the cheese into thin strips, pepper squares. Peel the eggs.
- Cut the chicken breast into slices.
- Assemble the salad by stringing the products on skewers alternately. Put it on a serving dish, decorate.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, pepper mixture and mustard.
- Add ketchup, oil, salt and mix. The sauce is ready.
- Pour the sauce over the salad, pepper and serve.
