Salad "Warm Coast" Recipe
After I had heard enough delicious stories about overseas treats during my foreign trips, this salad was born. Very tasty, spring-like, bright! A kind of union of Europe and Asia. For a quick preparation, even more intense taste and aroma, I discovered a mixture of bulgur with mushrooms and spices from Mistral. It tastes better than just bulgur, believe me!

Ingredients
- 200 gram Bulgur
- 2.5 glass Water
- 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1/2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 60 gram Lettuce leaves
- 1/2 piece Lemon
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablepsoons Soy sauce
- 1 clove Garlic
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 5 pieces Radish
Instructions
- Prepare a glass of this mixture (or simple bulgur), as it is written on the package, or to taste.
- Prepare a marinade for bulgur: soy sauce, honey, pepper, garlic.
- Mix the bulgur with the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
- Cut the vegetables into thin strips. Cherry - in halves.
- For dressing, mix olive oil with lemon juice. Pour half of the dressing over the lettuce leaves.
- Put the prepared bulgur on the leaves.
- Lay out the vegetable straws.
- Add the cherry halves and a few lettuce leaves on top. Drizzle with oil and lemon dressing.
